Clean4Yield is a collaborative EU-funded project with experts from fifteen European companies and organisations, and one associated partner from Israel.
Funded through the European Union’s Seventh Framework Programme (FP7-NMP-2011), the EU portion of the Clean4Yield project has officially launched in May 2012 and will run for 3 years (until April 30, 2015).

The overall objective of Clean4Yield is the development and demonstration of nano-scale detection and inspection techniques, high-efficient cleaning techniques as well as repair technologies and defect and contamination prevention techniques for large area substrates.
